Chickpea Bites
These chickpea bites will have you bypassing your favorite coffee spot and head to the kitchen. The cumin and sesame adds a savory flavor that you'll love.

- 1 can chickpeas, drained but reserve the liquid
- 3 tbsp aquafaba
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 425 F and prepare your baking sheet with whatever liner you like.
Add all ingredients to your food processor. Combine until smooth but has formed together. The mixture should stick together at this point.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop the mixture into a small disc (about ½ inch thick). Place each disc on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip each disc and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with guacamole.
