Chickpea Bites

These chickpea bites will have you bypassing your favorite coffee spot and head to the kitchen. The cumin and sesame adds a savory flavor that you'll love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained but reserve the liquid
  • 3 tbsp aquafaba
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 F and prepare your baking sheet with whatever liner you like.
  • Add all ingredients to your food processor. Combine until smooth but has formed together. The mixture should stick together at this point.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop the mixture into a small disc (about ½ inch thick). Place each disc on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip each disc and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Serve with guacamole.
